Alternatively, please follow these simple steps:

1. 1.If you want to book a specific trip or course, firstly double check timetable/calendars, if available. 
3. 2.Complete the Enquiry Form and submit online - or call/email.  Please give us preferred dates/times if possible.
5. 3.For a general enquiry or for group bookings, please use the Enquiry Form - or call/email. 
7. 4. We will try to contact you at your preferred time to discuss details.
9. 5.We will then email or post a booking form for your specific event.
11. 6.Please return this with a deposit or full payment, as marked.  You can pay by the following methods:
    
    Cash    Personal Cheque        Credit Card*  Debit Card*
    
12. * please note:  we are currently in the process of switching our Card Processing facility and may not be able to take your card payment until early December.  Please do not let this stop you making your booking - we will simply contact you as soon as the facility is live again to take your card details.
    
    
    7.  As soon as payment has cleared, we will issue confirmation of your booking.
14. 8.  Full payment is requested as follows:
    21 days prior to departure - for Four Points West courses and non-timetabled trips (charters etc)
    7 days prior - for timetabled trips (if booking in advance)
    Prior to issue - for Gift Vouchers (please allow 3 days for delivery for special occasions, longer to guarantee delivery in time for Christmas).
16. Bookings made after these dates will be requested in full.
