We arrange everything from the minute the group arrives to the moment they depart - having expanded their leadership abilities, tested team tactics and had a fantastic time  to boot (with the possibility of getting one over on the boss!).

We have strong links with leading management and leadership development professionals and academics in the region, whose expertise we can draw on in the design and delivery of your event, as appropriate.

Any of our tried and tested team 1-2 day events can be tailored to your priorities, whether mainly social or developmental. 

It is said that sailing and other watersports are great levellers and demand solid team working and effective leadership and communication at all times.  We think marine activities, combined with land-based reflection, offer a learning environment to compete with usual management development exercises.

Sailing builds confidence, character and self esteem. It needs physical and mental input and brings hidden abilities to the fore. As with the team building events, we can design, with you, management or leadership development days (up to 5 days), at any level, either as stand-alone events or as part of your own on-going programme.

For an exclusive meeting or corporate event, try a sail charter to entertain key staff or clients on 38-44' yachts - depending on whether luxury or performance are of the essence!  We can provide the boats, crew and staff, catering and help with accommodation, if required.  Just let us know your preferred location / destination and we can arrange local activities anywhere in the UK.
