In association with our RYA recognised training arm, Four Points West, we can offer bespoke packages that result in the required MCA/RYA certification for most vocations, together with the experience that only offshore training gives.

Be it a commercial endorsement for sail, powerboat or motor, or a Cruising Instructor assessment, Safety Boat ticket or Master Mariner qualifications.

Combined classroom & practical tuition using local facilities ensure you get the maximum benefit from the training. The offshore environment of the Solway Firth and the Irish Sea give the trainee real first hand experience of the conditions they're likely to encounter, plus real time exercises in connection with local partners.

All qualifications gained can be used on vessels up to 24m in length.

MCA exams can be arranged for those wishing to work boats in excess of 24m and up to 300 tonnes.

Refresher courses from a day to a week or longer.
Fast Track beginner to advanced courses are run over the course of 14 weeks to gain your qualifications in as little time as possible.

The full range of RYA and MCA courses and exams can be organised for a time to suit you or your organisation.

Full board accommodation can be arranged at our guest house for up to 16 people.

Our vessels are all MCA coded and exceed the minimum safety standards set down by the RYA and the MCA and are fitted with the latest electronic aids and equipment, including all new safety gear & foul weather clothing.
