This is an advanced skippering course for yachtsmen and women who have considerable knowledge of sailing and navigation and are usually aspiring towards a Certificate of Competence. Designed for Tidal waters. You are expected to have attended the Coastal Skipper / Yachmaster Offshore shorebased theory course beforehand, as the skipper wont have time to teach you the theory during the week. By the end of the course, you should have the knowledge, if not the experience to become a Yachtmaster. The course involves you taking charge of the boat in a variety of situations.
